Vaperite shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by mixing of Vaperite products, either with other Vaperite products or products manufactured or sold by other entities, where such mixing has not occurred in accordance with the mixing guides provided by Vaperite. By purchasing any long-fill products, including but not limited to Flavour Shots, Nicotine Shots and/or VG Shots the purchaser hereby waives all claims against Vaperite arising from deviations from the Vaperite mixing guides and agrees to indemnify Vaperite in respect of all loss or damage arising therefrom.
